q&a 10 problems

I have 2 problems with q&a 10.0.2 and I'm hoping someonw can help.

Any errors generated by q&a 10 in Excel when using data send deletes the active worksheet. I have to close the workbook, reopen and start again.

Also if I use detail report and I include Account Name from the chart of accounts the download can take up to an hour. THis only happens for multiple accounting periods. Single period extracts download immediately.

Has anyone come accross these problems before ?

Below is Infor reply in respect of worksheet getting hidden:

"Unfortunately this is a known issue. It has been raised with R&D, reference number is VIS 447. This has been fixed in the next release of Vision - Q&A 10.0.3 which is due to come out in the next couple of weeks."

Hey Ricky,

You actually don't need to close the workbook. You just have to right-click one of the remaining worksheets click unhide > it must show your 'lost' worksheet back.
