|
|
Hi,
We run collect as a published application via Xenapp and are having isues when printing letters from searchsets.
When we select the letters and try and print more than 1 letter form the maintenance search sets menu. We get a OLS error when printing using the MS word option .
If we use the rtf editor it prints fine.
We've checked permissions and it doees not make any difference. The only time it works is when rdp's into the citirx desktop as administrator. We've tried adding the user into domain admins but still no joy.
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks

havent come accross that specific problem, but I had problems emailing Statements based on Search Sets. Sending 1 or a small amount of statements was ok. Via citrix and RDP to server.
Went to Infor support and am trying a new dll.
Suggest in this case that you contact support, as thee is not much to configure when it comes to creating/running a search set and then using the functionality to print letters or statements

Thanks David, It's with Infor now. Since I posted, we've had the same problem as you when emailing Statements from collect. the first one of the day works ok, but anything after that and the users have to be cleared from their xenapp sessions.
I'll keep you posted.
