Oesterreichische Kontrollbank (OeKB) recently ranked fifth in the SQL Server Magazine Innovator Award competition with a MIS solution for liquidity management. Austria’s Export Credit Agency (ECA), which acts as the agent of the Republic of Austria, was the only European enterprise to secure a top placing in the international contest.

For the third year running, the American SQL Server Magazine honored innovative IT solutions based on SQL Server technology that have enabled users to successfully master difficult challenges. All in all, the panel judged over 300 projects during 2004. At the awards ceremony held on November 8th, managing editor Kathy Blomstrom announced, “This year, we received perhaps the highest quality of entries ever. We are inspired by the work you are doing to make IT a vital part of your organization’s success.” Read more...
