A blank, six-column by thirteen-row worksheet is displayed.  The Vision workbook looks exactly the same as Excel workbook. You can insert new worksheets, copy them, worksheets can also be deleted in the same manner as Excel. Cell ranges can also be copied in the same manner as Excel.
The default workbook and worksheet names are displayed in the drill tree.Workbooks and worksheets are displayed in the Drill Tree in a similar manner to the file hierarchy display in Windows Explorer.  Click the ‘+’ plus and ‘-‘ minus signs to expand and contract the display.  The Drill Tree is useful for keeping track of workbooks, worksheets and Drill Paths created when you analyze information. Drill Tree modifications, except changes in width, are retained once you have exited Vision Executive.
A workbook consists of three areas, header main area in the middle and footer.
If you double-click the header or footer area the header footer editor screen will be displayed.

Using this editor you can insert different information from SunSystems to be displayed.  Click Field Reference button to insert the Sunsystems data. For example I inserted Business Unit code in the header section, last journal number, business unit name and ledger code in the footer section.
Save your Vision workbook by going to File -> Save. Enter the file name and press Save. Please note that the Vision workbooks have file extension .vis
