3. Make the required selections from the following radio buttons:
Balances Required
The default of the inquiry is to include all available balances but you can select those required from the following options. Options depend on the settings in the Inventory Business Setup for your system and are:
Include Physical
Include Allocated
Include Unallocated
Include Reserved
Include Projected.
Locked Location
You must select one of the following options to define which locations are to be used in the inquiry:
Locked
Unlocked (system default)
Both.
Quarantined Location
You must select one of the following options to define which locations are to be used in the inquiry:
Non-quarantined (system default)
Quarantined
Both.
4. From the Action menu select OK to run the inquiry.
Inquiry Results
When the inquiry has been run the results are shown in the following fields:
Unit Label
The Unit of Measure for the item.
Physical Balance
The actual balance physically available in the inventory.
Allocated Balance
The balance in the inventory which has been allocated.
Reserved Balance
The balance in the inventory which has been reserved for allocation.
Unallocated Balance
The balance in the inventory which has not been allocated.
Projected Balance
The balance in the inventory which includes anticipated receipts.
