The Sales module facilitates the creation, maintenance and analysis of sales activities within your organization, such as the management of customers, and the sales of goods and services. The module is defined and administered using Sales Business Setup.
Sales transactions pass through a series of stages which are set up in the Sales Types in your system.
In the Item Master you can link customers with the items they buy and record associated information such as unit of purchase, lead time for individual items, contact details and codes for traceability.
You can generate inquiries and reports for effective sales management, for example, analyzing sales invoices, returned goods, and sales orders by item or transaction.
