Select word processor
Select the preferred word processor you would like to use for the printing of Customer Contact letters. Choose from either Rich Text Format (RTF) or MS Word (.doc). The difference between these options is that MS Word format will retain format settings such as headers, footers and right justification, but with slower performance. RTF Manager is quicker, but you may lose some of the formatting.
Startup Options - These selections allow you to select a screen for display when you log into Collect.
Display on Startup
Select from the list of options the screen that would like to see opened when you log into Collect. If you do not want to open any screen, select “Nothing”.
