Page 1 of 7 The View menu allows you to change default settings of the Collect system. From the View menu, select Options and click on the Account and Note Views Tab.
Account and Note Views Tab Account Details - These options relate to the Account Details screen.
Display finished notes Select this option if you would like to have notes that are Done and Not Done displayed in the Account Details screen for all accounts. Only include unallocated in transactions Select this option if you would like to see only unallocated transactions when viewing transactions in the Account Details screen. Include Transactions with zero journal number Select this option if you would like to view transactions that have been created from a Period Cleardown in SunSystems. Allow multiple lines for notes in notes grid Select this option to view note text in multiple lines in the Account Details screen. When selected, the notes will be displayed as shown on the next page. Default A/C types Select the default account type that is to be used in the Account Details screen under the Details tab. Note Maintenance - These options relate to the Maintenance Notes screen. Display finished notes Select this option if you would like to have notes that are Done and Not Done displayed in the Maintenance - Notes screen for all accounts. Only include unallocated in transactions Select this option if you would like to see only unallocated transactions when viewing transactions in the Maintenance – Notes screen. Show summary totals in transactions This option relates to the Transaction option in the New Payment Notes screen only. If switched on, the transactions screen will display the total of allocated and unallocated transactions that have been attached to the current note: Embed linked transaction details in note body Select this option if you would like view transactions that have been attached to this note in the note text area. This will only apply to notes created once this option has been activated. |
