Re-Age
Ageing for each account's transactions does not take place automatically. Click on this button to re-age transactions according to the date entered in the Age As At field.
The precedence for calculation of the Due Date is :
If a due date has been entered manually during Ledger Entry (LE), this date has highest precedence.
If no specific due date is entered but the Journal Types (JT) has the Suppress Ageing field set to Y-Yes, then the transaction date is taken to be the due date.
Otherwise the due date is calculated by adding the transaction date to the payment days specified on the chart of accounts.
