The Workbook File is save within the workbook, rather than externally in the file system (Setup File). It’s important to remember that the Excel workbook must be saved to save the Workbook file. Enter AR1 as a Workbook File name. Click OK – this will save the setup data to the Setup File and the Workbook File, and extract the data to the Excel workbook.

If you want to you can load an existing Reference File Fill report, modify the file and save as a new Workbook. A few changes to filtering, selection or formatting can result in a radically different report, which can be saved to the same spreadsheet by using the save Workbook function or you can save it as a new Setup File.
