Page 2 of 3 Selection List and Output windows: You can select output data items from the Selection List window in three ways:
- Dragging a data item to the Output window
- Double-clicking an item in the Selection List window
- Selecting a data item and clicking the Add Table button

Click and drag Asset Code to the Output window.
The data items that have been transferred to the Output window are highlighted in green in the Selection List window. Do the same for Description from the F0 Asset Category table, Asset Description, Base Gross Value and Base Net Value from the Asset Records table.
The Output window should now look like this:
Now that you have the required data items listed in the Output window, you must now sequence them in the order you require them to be output in. The order in which the data items are displayed in the output window determines the order in which they are output to Excel, unless there has been Report Designer defined. Rearrange the output data items using up and down arrow buttons. The finale Output window should look like this: |
