Location - Employee
An employee code, for example of the person responsible for the asset. Employee codes are defined using Employees Setup (ES).
The Purchase, Insurance, Disposal and Finance tabs all contain information fields, which are self-explanatory.
User Details tab

User Date
Up to 10 additional user defined dates for the asset.
User Value
Up to 10 additional user defined values for the asset.
Currency
The currency of each of the user defined values entered. Currency codes are defined using Currency Codes Setup (CN).
User Period
Up to 10 additional user defined periods for the asset
