Click the Check Out button to retrieve a menu from the server. Alternatively, from the File menu select Check Out. Click the Check In button to return a menu to the server. Alternatively, from the File menu select Check In. New, Open and Save Click the New button to create a new menu. Alternatively, from the File menu select New. Click the Open button to open an existing menu or template. Alternatively, from the File menu select Open. Click the Save button to save the current menu. Alternatively, from the File menu select Save. Cut, Copy and Paste Click the Cut button to remove the currently selected item and store it in the Windows clipboard. Alternatively, from the Edit menu select Cut. Click the Copy button to copy the currently selected item to the Windows clipboard. Alternatively, from the Edit menu select Copy. Click the Paste button to paste an item stored in the Windows clipboard to the currently selected location. Alternatively, from the Edit menu select Paste.
Checking Out Existing Menus Before: an existing menu or template can be opened and edited shortcuts can be copied from an existing menu or template the menu or template must be checked out from the server and copied to your SunSystems local file folder. 1. From the File menu select Check Out, or click the Check Out button on the toolbar, to display the Check Out dialog. 2. The Available Files section of the Check Out dialog displays a list of files that are currently available for you to check out from the server.
