Systems Union Group plc, a leading global provider of financial and performance management solutions, is announcing the extension of the support services for its MIS suite of business intelligence and analytics solutions from the beginning of 2006. Customers will be able to select from three different levels, namely Standard, Premium and Premium Plus depending on their specific support needs. In addition optional support facilities will also be available, for example short term standby support services for critical phases of an implementation.

This modular approach to support permits MIS users to select and benefit from the most appropriate level of support for their system and their operational and technical infrastructure.
